Claritum is looking for an ambitious and tenacious Sales Executive who thrives in a long sales cycle environment that is typically 6 months. Being able to demonstrate a successful track record of selling B2B software-as-a-service platforms in similar environments is essential. The role covers the entire sales cycle including lead generation, nurturing, product demos, proposal development and closing the sale.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Achieve/exceed a monthly sales quota on a consistent basis;
  • Manage the entire sales-cycle. Educate clients throughout sales cycle = “Trusted Advisor”
  • Continually source new sales opportunities through social media, phone calls, emails and networking online and leads from the website with marketing.
  • Obtain a true understanding of the Claritum offer, understand differentiators and build a strong and open relationship with Head of Operations and customer delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build pipeline and close deals
  • Understand prospects’ desired outcomes, challenges and opportunities and position our solutions to meet and exceed their expectations;
  • Perform effective product demos via screen sharing and on occasion, face-to- face;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop propositions, provide proposals and optimize sales processes in order to increase opportunity value and win rates;
  • Accurately forecast on a weekly basis, whilst developing a pipeline of opportunity for future months
  • Leverage Sales through HubSpot and other tools, to effectively manag pipeline and sales activities

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable liaising with prospects in different countries with differing cultures and time zones
