Bath, UK (May 15, 2018) – Claritum, a provider of cloud based spend management solutions, today announced that the RHS had extended their contract with Claritum to supply a cloud spend management solution for a further 3 years.
The RHS was founded in 1804, and their core objective is to be the world’s leading gardening charity by inspiring passion and excellence in the science, art and practice of horticulture.
The solution has provided a mechanism to manage suppliers and categorise suppliers according to status. Allowing RHS to identify preferred suppliers, within an approved supplier list. RHS is also using the solution to monitor supplier activity and to control internal client ordering from suppliers.
With the Claritum solution, RHS can continue to support events around the UK, supplying event related materials for these membership events. Continuing to significantly impact on the administrative overheads and to ensure that the RHS team is able to focus more time on developing their preferred supplier network and on supporting their clients.
