Claritum Covid-19 Activity

Bath, UK (April 15, 2020) – First 3 weeks of lockdown completed. The team at Claritum is functioning well from home. All Claritum systems have remained operational and our customers continue to process orders and supply the needs of their customers.

Recent, Covid-19 related orders, processed by Claritum’s system have included identity cards for key workers, sanitisers, face masks, antiseptic wipes, nursing intensive care process documents, updated staff handbooks and posters/signs. All these critical Covid-19 related items ordered through the Claritum system.

Business Continuity

With the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak affecting businesses around the world, we are pleased to say that the actions we have taken to address this significant challenge have been fully effective.

In March, we activated our pre-organised business continuity plan. This had been put in place for situations such as the Coronavirus pandemic and to ensure the continuation of our service and customer support.

There has been no impact on our customer service levels and we continue to monitor and review the situation to ensure service continuity.

Claritum Actions

  • Staff are working from home and using the same collaboration tools they use in the office
  • All client meetings are now online rather than face-to-face
  • We continue to monitor and follow all Government guidelines and will advise of any additional changes
