The Claritum platform automatically captures and processes the order, creating order and delivery documentation. Claritum can, if configured, automatically route orders to 3rd party suppliers for fulfilment including generation of a supplier PO, ordered product, configuration options and delivery requirements – without the need for manual intervention.
All orders placed issue an acknowledgement to the user and an (optional) alert for order processing. Users can track the status of their order within the Catalog including Proof of Deliveries via courier’s online tracking sites (if provided). Re-ordering is simple. Users can find previous orders listed, select the required item and re-order, all in a few seconds.
