Claritum Business Continuity Operates Smoothly

With the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak affecting businesses around the world, we are pleased to say that the actions we have taken to address this significant challenge have been fully effective.

In March, we activated our pre-organised business continuity plan. This had been put in place for situations such as the Coronavirus pandemic and to ensure the continuation of our service and customer support.

There has been no impact on our customer service levels and we continue to monitor and review the situation to ensure service continuity.

Additionally, we have taken the following actions:

  • Staff are working from home and using the same collaboration tools they use in the office
  • All client meetings are now online rather than face-to-face 
  • We continue to monitor and follow all Government guidelines and will advise of any additional changes

During this difficult period, our focus is on remaining a trusted vendor to our customers. Undoubtedly, new challenges are arising for our customers—and quickly—that will need to be addressed. We are committed to continue supporting our current and future customers.
