Claritum Solution

Saving Time and Money is what we do Best

Claritum’s solution helps Enterprises, SMEs and Service Providers manage their unpredictable, low order value expenditure.

Our Story

Claritum, a UK Headquartered eProcurement solution company, was founded in 2002 to help companies streamline the purchasing of print and marketing services. By working closely with enterprises, SMEs, service providers and suppliers,Claritum quickly established itself as one of the most capable cloud based procurement platforms for Indirect spend on the market. The company grew by proactively servicing and retaining high quality clients and partners, and now has clients, large and small, in Europe, US and AsiaPac using Claritum to cover all Categories of Spend.

In 2018, Claritum are delighted to be approved as a supplier on the Digital Marketplace under G-Cloud 10. With multiple references in the government and not for profit sector, we see approval as a Cloud Software provider under the Digital Marketplace as important to support our growth in these sectors.

Our Mission

Driven by the desire to deliver more value to clients, Claritum’s extensive category reach includes a range of complex spend categories such as Print and Packaging, Signage and Display, Business Services, Marketing Services, Professional Services, Office Products, Uniforms and Apparel, Facilities, Gifts and Premiums, Temporary Labour and other difficult to manage expenditure.

This type of expenditure is typically manually sourced, highly unpredictable in nature, specification based, deadline driven and purchased from a wide range of specialist suppliers. And yet businesses can often spend 10% – 20% of revenues in these areas.

The bottom line is that our mission is to drive a lower cost, lower risk alternative to manual processing and alternative ERP options. And provide a solution that is easy for you to adopt and use. We want to ensure that you benefit from savings as soon as you sign up.
