Procure-to-Pay Process

For complex, one-off or bespoke work, Print Managers can administer customer and supplier details; quickly and easily return quotes to customers; receive customer orders and place supplier orders; manage multi-part job specifications, margins and extras, deliveries and deadlines; handle artwork approvals; manage stock items and the invoicing process (supplier and customer). Paper documentation is auto-generated to eliminate re-keying. Management have a full audit trail, appropriate purchase controls and access to valuable real time information and reports.

Self Service Capabilities

For standard, repeat or contract print Claritum's Self Service capability automates the entire order-to-pay process within pre-authorised parameters and enables large numbers of users to view highly personalised interfaces and place orders quickly an easily. It is an ideal solution for high volume orders from large numbers of 'non-skilled' users such as retail branches, franchise networks or multi-site office workers.

Managers pre-specify print specifications, contract prices, spend controls and promotional discounts, personalise artwork templates and provide account specific payment options such as purchase cards and credit cards. Orders placed appear as ordered jobs on the procure-to-pay platform for processing. End-to-end automation can be achieved through auto-issuing of purchase orders combined with press ready artwork directly into supplier hot-folders.
