Privacy Policy
At Claritum, it's important to help our customers retain their privacy when viewing or using any of Claritum's online services and communications. To protect your privacy, Claritum adheres to worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection as follows:
1) We may ask you for information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is supplied by you in response to our request.
- To make the site easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once.
- To help you quickly find software, services or information about Claritum.
- To help us create content most relevant to you.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services and products.
2) If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still use Claritum's website, but you will not be able to access all areas, as some are restricted to specific customers and partners.
If you do not want Claritum to communicate with you about other offers regarding our products, programs, events, or services by e-mail, you may select the 'opt-out' tick box stating that you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Claritum.
Claritum does not currently allow other companies to offer our registered customers information about their products and services, but may review this in future. We will of course inform you of any change to our privacy statement (provided we have your email address), so that if you do not want to receive communications from our partners, you can choose not to.
3) We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time by contacting us at requestinfo@claritum.com.
4) Claritum has implemented measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take detailed precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Any data held is in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
5) If for some reason you believe that Claritum has not adhered to these rules, please notify us by e-mail at requestinfo@claritum.com, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Please write the words 'Privacy Policy' in the Subject line.
