Hosting

Hosting will be provided via our dedicated hosting partners to deliver a resilient, scalable and fast service. Claritum uses industry leading ISPs with co-located servers and data mirrored across multiple locations. All data is backed-up to multiple secure locations and can be held according to Client requirements. Claritum has outsourced hosting requirements to Star Internet.

Maintenance and Updates

Claritum has a policy of continual product enhancement. This means that we maintain and improve processes, functionality and ease-of-use to deliver additional value to customers. This also means that your investment is future proofed, as you will always be using the latest version of the software.

Claritum will prioritise and maintain the system on an ongoing basis, with releases of improved functionality at our discretion. More major updates (significant changes to functionality) will be implemented to a timed schedule as agreed with the client.

Support

Claritum provide support according to agreed Service Level Agreements. Various levels of Support can be provided. Support will be provided during standard UK working hours (from Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm excluding bank holidays). This is based on UK time (GMT).

Additional support, outside of working hours can be provided, upon request.

Data Integrity and Back Ups

All data is mirrored across multiple servers as well as backed up to an offsite location. Additionally regular data updates can be provided.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Claritum recognises that your business continuity is of primary importance. We have business continuity and disaster recovery plans in place.

ESCROW

An ESCROW agreement will be established via our third party provider. This agreement protects against Claritum becoming unable to trade due to insolvency or going into administration.
