Using a combination of optional or mandatory milestones you can ensure compliance where absolutely necessary without constraining flexibility required elsewhere in the process.
Milestone notes and attachments also allow your users to log additional information relating to milestone completion (e.g. proof-of-delivery, safety approval certificates, etc.)
And by setting ‘Due Dates’ on your milestones you can deliver greater visibility on progress to all of your users (service providers and customers).
